It is Hatha Yoga practiced in a room heated to 42 degrees Celsius for 90 minutes. The results and benefits from his discovery have been astounding, leading to the birth of serveral forms of ``HOT YOGA``

Rachel Singh, is the main teacher and one of the founders of SYS. Her vibrant style of teaching that has allowed her to travel, teaching yoga in many cities.

Sonia Baillon is a Classical Hatha Yoga Instructor certified by l'École Satyam de Hatha Yoga (500hrs). She is also the owner of Sublime Yoga Boutique in Sutton which sells eco-friendly, Canadian made yoga and mediation clothing, accessories and gifts... and is now proud to be collaborating with Satya Yoga Sutton. She also is a reflexologist.
