These workshops are on Saturdays from 4:00 to 8:00 and are in French. Prices will vary.
Workshop 1 - Theme meals
* 25 February: Humor of Spain - bread, pastas, pizzas. Country bread, homade pasta with an Alfredo sauce and home pizza dough with the all the toppings
* 24 March (New): Herbs, a meal that will sing - Fish soup, croutons and shredded cheese, Nice ratatouille, lamb with black olives and fig confites.
* 21 April (New): Charme of Italian - Green peppers stuffed with artichoke, Fettuccine with a special Alfredo sauce, a risotto like no where else and grilled pears.
